With the entry of Air Vistara in full-service carrier domain, Air India joining the bandwagon of Star Alliance and declining aviation fuel helping improve bottom line of carriers, Jet Airways has taken a small step that will go a long way in improving customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>If you now cancel the air ticket booked on the website of Jet Airways or amend the dates of journey within 24 hours of booking, you are entitled to get full refunds. The carrier was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.baggage-allowance.info\/jet-airways-refunds\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">earlier charging<\/a> a fee of Rs 5000 for cancelling and Rs 3000 for changing dates on international journeys. For domestic journeys, the fee was Rs 1750 for both these purposes.<\/p>\n<p>In order to avail of waiver of penalty fee, the customers would be required to do so from \u2018Manage Booking\u2019 facility. This facility can be accessed only till 1 or 3 hours before departure of domestic or international flights respectively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jet Airways has also provided the facility of ordering the meals online for its First Class and Premiere customers through \u2018Book My Meal\u2019 facility, besides improving on the entertainment facilities for its passengers.
