British Airways Check-In and Boarding

Check in at the British Airways planes is possible in three different ways: on the web, on the mobile and at the airport. For people traveling in groups of more than 9 people, it is mandatory to check in at the airport (kiosk or check in desk).

Online check in is available starting 24 hours before and up to 1 hour departure time. However, the boarding pass, which is received in the email shall be printed.

Mobile check in is available beginning 24 hours before and up to 1 hour of departure of flight. You can even make use of BA mobile application or log on to ba2go.com to check in. Your boarding pass will be made available in the mobile.

At the Airport, you can make use of the self service kiosks or the check in desks.

For the Heathrow and Gatwick airports, the check in closes 45 minutes before departure and for London city, it closes 20 minutes before departure. At some international destinations, the check in deadline is 50 minutes.
