Etihad Airways provides a baggage calculator on its website to know the baggage allowances for your travel. Passengers can make use of that calculator or they can ask us in the comments section below.
We present some of the baggage allowances here but since covering all routes for baggage allowance is not possible in this space. Do ask us about your travel, if it is not covered below.
Etihad divides its fare classes into following sections and baggage allowances vary for each of these.

Debit cards are not accepted at contact centers. So, credit cards are the best way to do it.
If you do not have credit card or do not want to use it, then please get in touch with the airline to know about the other modes of payment possible.
The revised overweight baggage charges of Etihad airlines to be paid on per slab basis now also include a 2 kg slab rates and for those travelers who are flying on 'Hand Baggage Only' fare.
If you want to buy excess baggage online, you cannot use "Upgrade to 32 kg" option. 20% discount is applicable on online purchase and this can be bought from 30 hours before scheduled departure time of flight.

Same check in baggage from Etihad to Indigo might not be allowed as the airlines are not in any agreement with one another. However, Indigo does provide discounted rates of pre-booking excess baggage under different slabs. These are provided in the content above.
You have not mentioned the cabin class of travel on both airlines. Traveling on Etihad from Europe to India, allows 30 or 35 kg in check in baggage on Economy, depending on fare class booked. For Indigo, 15 kg in check in baggage for economy travelers is free. So, you have an excess of about 15 to 20 kg. Excess baggage charge for international connection for a 15 kg excess slab is Euro 45.
However, this is to be booked at least 6 hrs before scheduled departure time of Indigo flight and the domestic flight shall be within 48 hrs of the international one

However, Economy Save and Classic passengers are allowed 30 kg check in baggage with dimensions limits of up to 207 cm in sum of dimensions. Economy Flex passengers are allowed 35 kg free allowance.
Carrying additional 30 kg has to be paid USD 690. If you book baggage online and 30 hours prior to flight departure time, then a 20% discount can be availed.
Now, since the TV is oversized but less than 300 cm in sum of dimensions, it can be taken on payment of additional charges of USD 60 as given in content above.

We do not think Etihad provides special baggage allowances for seamen. You have to tell us how much weight would be excess. If you buy excess baggage online 48 hours before flight time, you get the rates of USD 128, USD 256, USD 384, USD 512, USD 640, USD 768 and USD 896 for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 kg of excess baggage respectively.
