Qatar Airways has a number of partners. It also has partnership with SNCF, the national rail network of France.

No, there is no alliance between these two carriers. Indigo will by its own baggage allowance rules and will charge you for excess baggage being carried as per international allowance. Only Goair and Air Costa allow international baggage on domestic flight provided it is taken within 24 hours.
