Best and Worst Airports of the World- “Sleeping in Airports” Survey

If you thought that the best airports of the world were in Europe or Asia, then you are wrong. These  are from Asia, as per a latest survey from a travel website www.sleepinginairports.com. But this is not the only point which makes Asia popular, the other side of the coin-namely, the worst airports of the world, also belong to this continent. So, it is both the best and the worst things about the airports which make Asia popular.

Survey was conducted and evaluated on the basis of 4 Cs-

  1. convenience- 24 hour food availability; Wi-Fi; Activities to do in case of delay

  2. comfort- unpleasant temperatures; limited and comfortable seating; crowd at terminals

  3. cleanliness- dirty floors,  untidy food courts, smelly bathrooms

  4. customer service- helpfulness of staff; friendliness of staff, anti-airport sleeping policies.
